The pilot phase of this project (2003 - 2006) focusses on five common conditions: cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, neural tube defects, Klinefelter syndrome and Turner syndrome, accessed via the links on the left side of this page.

These are the most common disabilities which may be diagnosed in pregnancy. Only a tiny proportion of pregnancies will be affected by these problems.

We are very grateful to the individuals and families who have participated in this website.  Some names and identifying details have been changed to protect their privacy.
