How much difference is there in age between you and Kylie?

There's three years between us. I'm the oldest.

How old were you when you knew that Kylie was different?

I think I got told when I was about five or six. I didn't really understand it, but I knew she was different, she wasn't like everybody else. She wasn't like strange or anything like that, she was just my little sister and I was very very protective over her. Nobody was allowed anywhere near her. She was mine.

And how do you get on now?

Just like normal sisters. We have our moments, we fight with each other. But most of the time we get on. We've got a really good relationship. So just normal lives really.

So it doesn't really make any difference?

No it doesn't make any difference. No. It didn't make any difference when we were growing up together as well. Nothing's different between us. It's like any other normal sisters.

So do you think it's made any difference to your family life? Have you missed out on things?

I don't think we've missed out, I think we've had just the same kind of chances like there isn't anything wrong with her. There's nothing really... we've had more experiences because we've been involved in more things than what we would have done if she didn't have Turner's, she probably wouldn't have been a gymnast, I probably wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now and all that sort of stuff.

So it's been good for you?

It's been good, yes, it's been a good thing to happen. Nothing really bad has ever happened because of it, so... Everything's been good since she came along. Nothing bad.
